Eligibility & Qualifications: To be a strong candidate for these key roles, applicants should possess the following:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is a mandatory requirement for both the Pharmacist and Pharma Executive positions. This foundational qualification ensures a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical science and practice.
- Licensure: For Pharmacist roles, a valid MOH (Ministry of Health) or DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license is required. For Pharma Executive roles, while direct patient dispensing isn’t the primary focus, understanding the regulatory landscape enforced by these authorities is crucial, and possessing or being eligible for such a license can be a strong asset.
- Experience & Skills:
- Proven Experience: Candidates should demonstrate relevant experience, ideally within a retail pharmacy setting for Pharmacist roles, or in pharmaceutical sales/marketing for Pharma Executive roles.
