- DHA OR MOH Licensed: This is a mandatory requirement. You must possess a valid Pharmacist license from either the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or the Ministry of Health (MOH) in the UAE. Applicants qualified to obtain one will also be considered.
- Proactive & Sales-Oriented: We need an individual who takes initiative, identifies opportunities for sales growth, and actively works towards achieving monthly targets. Your ability to engage customers and offer relevant solutions will be key.
- Strong Product Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of a wide range of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and health supplements is crucial. You’ll be advising customers daily, so expertise is essential.
- Ability to Upsell & Manage Service Needs: Beyond basic dispensing, you should be adept at identifying customer needs and recommending additional relevant products or services, enhancing their overall health experience.
