| Pharmacist Manager | Midlands: Banbury, Birmingham, Redditch | Overseeing the entire pharmacy operation, clinical governance, team management, and driving service provision. |
| Pharmacist Relief Manager | Midlands: Birmingham | Providing management cover, ensuring continuity of services, and supporting regional operations. |
| Pharmacists & Independent Prescribers | Wales: South Wales (Cardiff, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil, Swansea & surrounds) | Dispensing, providing professional clinical advice, and utilizing Independent Prescriber skills for advanced patient consultations. |
| Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) | Midlands & North/South Wales | Performing final checks on dispensed items, managing dispensary workflow, and maintaining accuracy standards. |
| Level 3 Pharmacy Technician | Midlands & South Wales | Assisting the Pharmacist, managing stock, preparing and issuing medication, and supervising junior staff. |
| Level 2 Pharmacy Dispenser / Healthcare Assistant | Midlands & South Wales | Preparing prescriptions, interacting with patients, managing over-the-counter sales, and supporting the pharmacy team. |
Eligibility & Qualification Requirements
General Eligibility & Sponsorship
Knights Pharmacy proudly offers Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship for all eligible staff, making these roles accessible to skilled international candidates. Our HR team is dedicated to supporting successful applicants through the visa process. A strong focus on exceptional customer service, adherence to GPhC regulations, and a proactive attitude towards patient care are required for all roles.
Specific Post Qualifications
| Post Name | Required Qualification / Eligibility |
| Pharmacist Manager & Relief Manager | Must be a Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Experience in pharmacy management is highly advantageous. |
| Pharmacists & Independent Prescribers | Must be a Registered Pharmacist (GPhC). The Independent Prescriber role requires additional GPhC-accredited IP qualification. |
| Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) | Must be a Registered GPhC Pharmacy Technician who holds an accredited ACT qualification. |
| Level 3 Pharmacy Technician | Must hold or be actively working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent). Knights Pharmacy supports this qualification via an Apprenticeship Scheme in partnership with Matthew Boulton College Birmingham. |
| Level 2 Pharmacy Dispenser / HCA | Must hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing (or equivalent). This can also be pursued through our Apprenticeship Scheme with Matthew Boulton College. |
