2. General Eligibility and Application Process

A. Eligibility (Deputation)

  • Maximum Age Limit: Typically 56 years as of the last date of receipt of the application.
  • Deputation Period: The initial period of deputation is usually 3 years, subject to extension as per DoPT norms.
