Job Role: Electronic Documentation Specialist (eDS) Trainee
The Trainee/Junior Specialist – Electronic Documentation Specialist (eDS) is responsible for ensuring the quality, format, and submission-readiness of various documents within the electronic Document Management System (eDMS). The role is crucial for preparing dossiers for submission to Health Authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation: Assist in the formatting and organization of clinical and regulatory documents (e.g., CTD, PSMF, clinical documents) using tools like Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Submission Support: Perform compilation/publishing of documents and implement necessary navigation to create complete submission packages that meet Health Authority standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Medical Writers, Regulatory Affairs teams, Clinical teams, and Project Managers to ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
- Training & Growth: Receive training on Opella’s systems and tools, gradually taking on more responsibility in document management and project coordination.

Mandatory Criteria
