Core Job Functions & Responsibilities
This Project Specialist role is centered on the logistical and regulatory coordination of global clinical development projects.
The successful candidate will leverage strong organizational and technical skills to support the Global Project Management function.
Clinical Trial Documentation & Systems:
Manage and maintain critical trial data and documents, including the Trial Master File (TMF), regulatory documents, and site information on CTMS and other internal systems.
Ensure all study files are compliant and archived according to GCP/ICH guidelines.
Financial and Data Analysis:
Prepare and manage financial tracking, vendor invoices, and investigator grants/payments.
Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for in-depth financial analysis and reporting (including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables).
Quality Assurance & Audits:
Act as the project point-of-contact for internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of dedicated experience in Clinical Research or a related Project Management role within the Pharma/CRO industry.
Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in the full MS Office Suite, with a focus on advanced functions in Excel.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all relevant global regulatory guidelines.
Soft Skills: Must be highly organized, a proactive self-starter, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for team and customer coordination.
