As per my experience, for maths in class 12, before going to any other book, you should first go throughly through the NCERT book twice.

Using reference books from the first is like a baby trying to run before learning to walk. I have seen many teachers and tutors recommend their students to solve reference books but only the best teachers know the important of NCERT. Any other book may just lower your confidence.

I recommend you to first complete all questions of NCERT and then go for other books like RD Sharma and Xam Idea and try to solve them.

I would also recommend you to buy the Arihant Previous Years’ Chapterwise Questions and solve each and every question before you go to give your exams.
