NEET UG 2021: NTA Extends Application time Know Revised Schedule, Admission All Criteria

NEET 2021 registration date has been extended, NEET 2021 scores will now be used for admission to B.Sc Nursing courses in the country if you want to take the admission in nursing you must qualified the neet ug examination.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration date for NEET UG 2021. Candidates can now apply for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test till August 10, 2021 (5 PM).

As per the official notice of NTA, NEET 2021 scores will now be considered for admission to various B.Sc. (H) Nursing courses. “The Result of NEET (UG) – 2021 may be utilized by other Entities of Central and State Governments, in accordance with their respective eligibility criteria / other norms /applicable regulations/guidelines/ rules.

The result data will also be utilized for B.Sc. (H) Nursing courses in accordance with their respective eligibility criteria / other norms /applicable regulations/guidelines/ rules,” read the notice.

It further read that the agency has received specific requests from the Nursing Colleges affiliated to University of Delhi (DU) for including them in the List of Participating Institutions of NEET (UG) 2021 (on the recommendations of DU so as to enable them to utilizing the NEET (UG) Score for the students seeking admission in B.Sc (Hons.) Course.“

Therefore, it has been decided to extend the application period for NEET (UG) 2021 up to 10th August 2021 (05:00 PM) and payment of application fee up to 10th August 2021 (11:50 PM), to enable the aspiring candidates [including the students seeking admission to B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing Course], to apply for NEET (UG) 2021,” it added.

Meanwhile, the correction window will be opened from 11.08.2021 to 14.08.2021 (02:00 PM), to enable the candidates to make corrections in the permissible fields in their respective online application form.

The NTA has further advised students to visit the NEET (UG) Portal at https://neet.nta.nic.in/, for other relevant information apart from the Public Notice dated 13th July 2021 and the Information Bulletin for NEET (UG)-2021.
