Friend, Modern ABC books are good for theory part only. I would strongly recommend you that You should first read modern ABC theory as it is easy to understand and self explanatory.
Once you are completely gone through whole of the content, then follow NCERT for one more touch to your theory portion. Your schedule should be so designed that you have to finally read ncert theory at the end of the day after considering the content of any other author either it modern abc or Dinesh publications.
This is because CBSE and every other state board considers only content written in NCERT as the prime one and can not ever be challenged by anyone in this country. So, If you want you can keep modern ABC as reference but you have to make NCERT as your first priority. Read content from Modern ABC thoroughly,
when you are gone through all the topics from modern ABC and then jump back to NCERT and solve all the intext questions and also the backexercise questions. Questions of NCERT are enough to get atleast 90 % in boards.
To give final touch you should also refer previous year board exam question to have a idea of how are questions set by experts in framing paper.
TIP :- Don’t straight way go for NCERT as it is bit complicated. Also, MODERN ABC is very good book for theory part and you should definitely prefer it over any other publication’s book.
