MACLEODS PHARMA is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for Dahej (Gujarat) Location.

Responsibilities:

– Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
– Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
– Utilize various recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
– Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process
– Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
– Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Experience: 3-5 year in Talent Acquisition Domain

Qualifications:
– Masters Degree in HR (MBA-HR, PMIR, MHRM)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
