Hii dear, ok Ncert sufficient to crack neet so yes…or even without it you can’t crack NEET …..if you have great command on Ncert then you crack neet with good score as well…

My answer to What are some minute things in biology NCERT that every NEET aspirant misses? Miss Sona’s answer to What are some minute things in biology NCERT that every NEET aspirant misses?

This is a very important question. And what I believe is that number says it all. Although I was not able to maintain 100% accuracy in doing the NCERT questions correct during my NEET 2019 attempt, my marks will surely give you an idea about the importance of NCERT during NEET preparation.

NEET 2018: less focussed to NCERT.I used to study NCERT carelessly.

More focussed to coaching materials, teacher notes, and topics which were not given in NCERT

END RESULT: 260 Marks

NEET 2019: Strictly focussed to NCERT

Studied some NCERT topics like Pedigree analysis, Linkage and recombination, from teacher notes(only once) so that I can understand the linings of the NCERT

NEET 2018: Rarely looked at NCERT, even for Inorganic chemistry. Mostly focussed on the teacher notes and modules.
END RESULT: 125 Marks

NEET 2019:

Inorganic Chemistry: I didn’t read any other book except NCERT

Organic Chemistry: For General Organic Chemistry(GOC) I read teacher notes to understand NCERT. GOC provide a sound base for rest of the chapters of the organic chemistry.

For rest of the chapters I read only NCERT multiple times.

Physical chemistry: The level of questions asked in physical.chemistry in NEET is very low. Ionic Equilibrium and Thermodynamics were the only chapters in which I take help of teacher notes since I was not able to understand the concepts in the NCERT.

Mostly focussed on NCERT for rest of the chapters. Practiced questions for every chapter.

Made a formula copy for Physical chemistry and revised it a lot.
